Shipping
Feels Like Heaven orders are shipped Standard 3-5 days, Priority Mail 2-3, please allow atleast 1-2 business days for processing. Each shipping order comes free with a tracking number and insured up to $100. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Unfortunately at this time Feels Like Heaven Boutique has a NO Refund Policy NO EXCEPTIONS. Eligible item(s) will only be accepted for an Exchange ONLY. Unwanted item(s) must be returned back to Feels Like Heaven Boutique within 5 business days. Item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any fragrances and stans such as makeup, deodorant etc. For exchange of the item(s) please email us your name, phone number, order number and address. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame we will not be able to issue an exchange. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Please Note all original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost are the customers responsiblity. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
