SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping. After your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days on standard shipping (not including holidays and weekends).

As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order information including a tracking number.

 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PUTTING IN THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT!

 

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES BEING SENT TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT. 

Once your order is placed "YOU CAN NOT CANCEL" your order or part of the order under any circumstances. Feels Like Heaven Boutique may cancel your order or part of your order if the items are sold out and no longer available. You will be notified immediately by phone or email so please give correct information when placing an order. In the events that one of the items is sold out we will still send out your partial order that's available and an email for conformation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Feels Like Heaven Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
